A four-masted steel barque built in 1888 by A. Stephens & Sons, Dundee. Dimensions: 87,59×12,31×7,18 meters [287'5"×40'5"×23'7"] and tonnage: 1992 GRT and 1938 NRT.

Rigged with royal sails over double top and topgallant sails.

Launched at the shipyard of A. Stephens & Sons, Dundee, for their own use. Captain D.S. Donaldson.

Sold to T. Shure & Co., Liverpool.
1904
Sailed from Lizard Point to Coqiumbo, Chile, in 57 days.
1917 February 14
Sunk by the German submarine U-83 approx. 30 miles SSW of Fastnet Rock on voyage from Buenos Ayres with a cargo of maize.
