A four-masted steel barque built in 1892 by Barclay, Curle & Co., Glasgow. Dimensions: 90,22×13,86×7,79 meters [296'0"×45'6"×25'7"] and tonnage: 2655 GRT and 2500 NRT.

Jubilee-rigged, i.e. rigged with nothing above double top and topgallant sails.

Launched at the shipyard of Barclay, Curle & Co., Glasgow, for R. Hill & Co. Captain W. Oudray.
1902 December 17
Wrecked on a reef at Cape Lighthouse, Houts Bay, South Africa, on voyage Newport, Mon., to Capetown.
