Pass of Melfort

A four-masted steel barque built in 1891 by Fairfield Shipbuilding Co., Glasgow. Dimensions: 91,03×13,41×7,43 meters [298'8"×44'0"×24'5"] and tonnage 2346 GRT and 2196 NRT. Rigged with royal sails over double top and topgallant sails.

Launched at the shipyard of Fairfield Shipbuilding Co., Glasgow, for Gibson & Clark, Glasgow. Captain A. Hay.
1905 December 25
Stranded at the entrance to Barclay Sound, Vancouver Island, on voyage from Panama to Port Townsend, Puget Sound, in ballast.
