Norrskär

A small passenger steamer built in 1910 at the Eriksbergs Mekaniska Verkstad, Gothenburg, as the Sandhamns Express for B.O. Seippel for the Stockholm archipelago passenger trade.

Registered dimensions: 33,73×6,88×2,82 m, 246,81 GRT, 153,54 NRT.

Launched as the Sandhamns Express at the Eriksbergs Mekaniska Verkstad, Gothenburg, for trade Stockholm-Vindsö-Djurö-Runmarö-Sandhamn.
1915
Transferred to the Stockholm-Sandhamns Rederi AB, Sandhamn.
1947
Bought by Waxholms Nya Ångfartygs AB, Vaxholm, and put on the trade to Ingmarsö and Husarö.
1948
Sailed on the trade Stockholm-Stafsunda-Harö-Sandhamn.
1949
Renamed Norrskär.
1949–1955
Sailed on the trade Stockholm-Furusund-Rådsmansö-Björkö.
1956
Put on the trade Stockholm-Vaxholm-Sandö.
1964-1965
Modernised during the winter.
Still in service in Stockholm.
