An iron full-rigged ship built in 1884 by T. Royden & Sons, Liverpool.
Dimensions: 268'1"×42'1"×24'0" and tonnage: 1913 GRT, 1855 NRT and 1773 tons under deck.
Rigegd with royals, over single top-gallant and double top-sails.

- Launched at the shipyard of T. Royden & Sons, Liverpool, for W. Nevins, Liverpool. Assigned the official British Reg. No. 87955 and signal JHRF. Captain T. Manson was given command of the ship.
