A steel full-rigged ship built in 1891 by A.G. Neptun, Rostock. Dimensions 295'5"×40'0"×22'2" and 1777 GRT and 1676 NRT and 2600 DWT.

Launched at the shipyard of A.G. Neptun, Rostock, for F. Laeisz, Hamburg. Assigned the German signal RJHN.
1892-1895
The first master of the ship was Captain C.J. Steincke.

Sailed from the English Channel to Valparaiso in 63 days.

Sailed from the English Channel to Valparaiso in 63 days.

Sailed from Lizard Point to Valparaiso in 61 days.

In command of Captain J. Jensen.
1900-1902
In command of Captain C.M. Prützmann.
1903-1906
In command of Captain W. Schröder.

Sailed from Lizard Point to Valparaiso in 58 days.

In command of Captain Rudolf Miethe.

Sold to Rederi AB Aura (J. Tengström), Åbo, Finland. Captain W.K. Jansén was given command of the ship.
1922 April 14
Was dismasted off the Scilly Islands on voyage from London to Seattle. Towed to Plymouth by the British steam ship Tuscarora where she arrived on April 18.

Sold to owners at Blankenese for £ 1500 by the salvagers.

Sold to Sunderland to be broken up.
