A six-masted schooner built of wood in 1908 by Percy & Small, Bath, MA. Dimensions: 318'4"×50'0"×23'7" and tonnage 3424 GRT and 2482 NRT.

1908: Launched at the shipyard of Percy & Small, Bath, MA, for E.W. Clark, Portland. Captain Henry W. Butler.
1917: Sailed for France with a cargo of coal. But burnt at sea within sight of the French coast.
