1941 February 15: Sailed and Mined 15.2.41
1942 January: Air damage from bomber attack OOA until 1.42.
1942 January: Londonderry 45th Eg in Jan '42.
1942 December: Refitted Belfast 12.42 and was there sabotaged.
1943 January: Again sabotaged in Med. !.'43.
1943 April: Detached to 1st EG (support group) 4.'43
1943 May 3: Sank U438-----3.5.43
1943 June 14: Sank U334------14.6.'43
1943: Operated from Plymouth into Biscay 8.43 until 12.2.43 when she refitted at Milford Haven
1944 April 14: Sank U448 on 14.4.44
1944: June 1944 in barrier force blocking access to Invasion.
1944: Refit on Clyde 31.7.44 for six weeks.
1944: Went to Bombay June '44 but grounded at Aden 2.9.44.
1945: Docked Taranto until 3.8.45
1945 September 12: Again docked Malta 12.9.45
1945: Med Fleet as SO 2 EG until 9.51.
1943: Reserve until 8.54.
1957 February 13: South Atlantic until 13.2.57
1958 November 29: Paid off.
19??: Broken up by TW Ward. FINIS to a fine old Lady.
