- 1886 Crissie Wright, wrecked at Shackleford
Banks, USA, in a blizzard in 1886, she was a 3-masted schooner.
- 1889 September [?], Lone Star, Savannah to the
Johanssen Brothers, foundered in the Atlantic.
- 1900 The Saale at Hoboken, NY was one of five ships that burnt on
Saturday 30 June 1900 originally caused by a cotton bale fire spreading to some
whiskey barrels etc.
