Launched at the shipyard of Carles Connell, Glasgow, for James Findlay, Greenock.
1867 September 13 - January 1
Sailed from London to Shanghai in 108 days. Her first master was Captain Middleton.
1868 May 29 - September 3
Sailed from Foochow to London with a cargo of tea in 96 days 7 hours. Captain G. Innes of Serica exchanged ship with Captain Middleton.
1869 July 5 - October 18
Sailed from Foochow to London with a cargo of tea in 105 days via the Eastern route.
1869 November 20
Sailed from London for Shanghai with a cargo worth £ 200.000.
1869 November 21
Was wrecked near Dungeness.
