tonnage 2347 GRT, 2290 NRT and 2164 tons under deck.

- Launched at the shipyard of Harland & Wolff, Belfast, for the North Western Shipping Co. (Ismay, Imrie & Co.), Aberdeen.
Assigned the Official British Reg. No. 86155 and signal WGPS.

- Sailed from San Francisco to Liverpool in 121 days.
- 1884
- Sailed from San Francisco to Liverpool in 105 days.
- 1885
- Sailed from Liverpool to San Francisco in 106 days.
- 1888
- Sailed from Liverpool to Calcutta in 95 days.
- 1889
- Sailed from New York to Calcutta in 109 days.
- 1890
- Sailed from London to Melbourne in 89 days.
- 1895 October 5
- Caught fire and was abandoned on voyage from Liverpool to Valparaiso. The hull was later towed to Coquimbo where it laid for many years.
