- Bought from Norway by Rederi AB Signal (Ola Olsson), Åhus, for SEK 22.800. Captain C.O.A. Johansson, Strömstad.
- 1915 November
- Sold to Charles Hvilsom, Copenhagen, for SEK 90.000 and was renamed Charles at the end of the year.
- 1916 January 30
- Lost off Skagen on voyage Helsingør to Sarpsborg in ballast.
