An iron full-rigged ship built in 1862 by Harland & Wolff, Belfast, as Yard No. 16. Dimensions 61,00×9,76×6,68 meters [200'0"×32'0"×21'9"] and tonnage 949 GRT, 949 NRT and 919 tons under deck.

1862 October 9: Launched at the shipyard of Harland & Wolff, Belfast, for J.P. Corry & Co., Belfast. Assigned the official British Reg. No. 45122 and signal VCBF.
1873: Sailed from London to Calcutta in 80 days under command of Captain J. Mill.
1885: Captain J. Smyth, jun.
1889 November: Sold to Park Bros., London.
