Wilfred

Three-masted iron ship built in 1865 by the Humber Iron Works, Hull. Dimensions 64,25×11,05×7,11 meters [210'8"×36'3"×23'4"] and tonnage 1250 tons. Built under Special Survey with heavier plating than the Rules required.

1865 January: Launched at the shipyard of the Humber Iron Works, Hull, for E. Bates, Liverpool. To be used in the India trade. Captain Salt.
1870: Lloyd's Register 1870-1871: Captain Salt.
1872: Lloyd's Register 1872-1873: Captain Salt.
